Read More About Us About UsDr. Lee: The best quality of our practice is relationship, the relationship that we build from the day that you walk in. We will demonstrate all the technology, we will show you all the technology that we have in the office. Whether you have a small problem or a large problem, we will cater towards you. We will customize that treatment plan for you. You will always walk out with a full understanding, comprehensively, what needs to get done, whether it’s a small problem for a smudge filling or a smile makeover, or just simply a cleaning of your teeth. Man: It’s been years since I’ve been coming to this practice. It’s been top-notch every single appointment, no matter what, no matter who’s behind the desk, no matter who’s, you know, taking care of me in the chair. It’s been top-notch. It’s been very consistent. So I would say very stellar customer service every single time. And it’s been very consistent every single time as well.
Woman 1: I actually met with a few different offices before I chose to come here. And what I would say is when you come here, Dr. Lee will kind of identify your problem, really hone in on what needs to get done, and then he kind of lays the groundwork for where you’re going to go.
Woman 2: Anytime you have a procedure here, someone in the office will call and check on you. So it’s not something that I think happens in a lot of practices, usually, you’re on your own. Dr. Lee is always available. So if you need to speak to him directly, he will make himself available to you. And he also will directly call his patients after procedures to check on them.
Woman 3: The excellence with which he does everything, the resources he brings with his staff, first of all, they’re highly skilled. He pours into his staff, they’re all happy here because he creates a family environment for his staff and we get to experience the benefits of that because they come alongside and they’re friends. They’re friends and they’re excellent in what they do.
Yes! We never want the lack of insurance to get in the way of your treatment. In fact, we prefer to have a relationship with our patients without insurance companies in the middle of it. That’s why we’re not in-network with any. However, we’re more than happy to file claims on your behalf. You are also welcome to join our in-house Membership Club. It saves you money on treatment and covers your preventive services. Ask about joining when you make an appointment!
As soon as your little one’s first tooth emerges, it’s time to make an appointment. Dr. Lee will monitor the growth of their smile, giving you tips on how to build good oral health at home. As your child gets older, we’ll do more traditional cleanings and exams.
If it’s your first appointment with us, you can expect your initial checkup to take a little longer than usual. So plan to spend a little longer at our office. We encourage you to fill out your paperwork ahead of time. Write down your questions or concerns ahead of time. That way, you won’t forget in the hustle and bustle of your visit. You may want to brush and floss beforehand, although that isn’t required. We look forward to seeing you!
